Bids are taken from this site and bid on competitively during the live auction against absentee bids left on site and by people in attendance at our live auction. In case of absentee tie bids, earliest bid left will be considered the high bid and in case of a tie bid at the live auction between an absentee bid and a bidder onsite, final decision will be determined by the auctioneer and all decisions are final.
